Hey there! I'm Charlie :)

I'm currently an undergraduate student studying Media Production at the University of Brighton. Living a day on this planet is a gift and that's something that took me a while to realise, this made me into a positive and sociable individual that thrives on helping others and just having a good time.

I don't think I would ever be able to label myself as a writer and starting a blog was one thing I never thought I would end up doing. However, with a strong passion for mental health awareness and activism, especially among men and young individuals, I wanted to create a space where I could share my experiences in hope that one day they would help other individuals realise that they are not alone and it is okay to speak out.
